WAAMH bring you an interactive 45 minute session with your favorite celebrities cooking their favorite meals. They use their kitchen space to mix in mindfulness, with the viewers. Cook along with someone, focus on the ingredients and the process to forget the current issues. You’d know the host, but won’t know the dish you’re preparing.
